Tour prices are net prices, quoted in United State Dollars or Vietnam Dong. Our prices for tour are generally per person, except for special tours or promotion which will be note under price table is available.
2. Make a booking
Your booking/reservation should be made through halongbaylapintacruise.com by using our online booking system or sent email, fax, mail to our contact details.
Either full payment or a deposit of 30% of total cost will be required and decided base on individual tour basis. This should be done via one of our available online payment methods.
Customers will receive confirmation documents or vouchers within 24 hours after we have received the deposit.
We accept many kinds of payments so please choose the most convenient way for you from list below:
NOTE: Additional fees may charged if you settle by using credit card. Your bank/card company or other payment provider may charge processing fees, fees, or exchange fee which is unrelated to our company.
4. Final Payment
Final payment should be made after you arrive Hanoi. Payment by cash or credit cards both are accepted.
5. Cancellations & Refund of Unused services
Acceptable means of cancellation include email or fax only.
Cancellation by customer will be charged as follows:
Cancellation fees of booking will be calculated from all local suppliers as different cruise lines and other partners have their own cancellation policy. Cancellation and refund policies are detailed on each individual cruise, under the Rate & Availability tab.
Cancellation by the suppliers for reasons related to a force majeure situation, such as government restriction or regulation, weather conditions, natural disasters, etc., customers will receive refund amount depending on specific conditions. If the tour has yet taken place, full refund will be made. If the tour is in progress, a partial refund will be made, any unused portion of a tour for whatever reason is not refundable.
No Refunds or exchange can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transports or any other services, which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.
6. Liability and Insurance
We are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by passengers.
Passengers are required to have full travel insurance. Airline schedules and local conditions may be affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, will endeavor to substitute suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tour implies full agreement to above conditions by all parties involved.
All confirmations are generally confirmed by return fax or e-mail within 1 (one) working day. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, we will inform you of the booking status at the time of reservation.
